CLC Compensation Fund

You can apply for compensation if you have suffered any form of loss for which we are responsible and if we were unable to meet that liability you could apply to the Compensation Fund for the Council of Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).

If you make a valid claim against us for a loss arising out of work which we are legally responsible, and we are unable to meet our liability in full, you may be entitled to claim from the Compensation Fund administered by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers (from whom details can be obtained)
