Referrals

Our firm does have Referral Fee Arrangements with certain parties that refer conveyancing matters to us. We ensure that we are transparent with you about the referral agreement and you can be assured that the referral fee is paid from our profit costs rather than from your pocket. If on your matter we will be paying a referrer a referral fee because they have referred you to our firm, you will be made aware from the onset and made aware of the amount that we will be paying to the referrer. The referral fee that we pay to a referrer can range from £75-£250 plus VAT. The fee is paid by our firm and you will not be asked to pay this amount to our practice.
